Randy McKinley is a business professional with tremendous leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. His knowledge of operations, management practices, and office administration have allowed him to cultivate and sustain a lasting career in the legal field.  By holding several positions at one of the most successful personal injury law firms in the United States for 17 years, it equipped him with high-level experience in administration, legal operations, and people management.  Thus, he has learned every aspect of auto accident claims. 

 

During his professional career, he has managed and trained a group of 15-20 professionals, including paralegals, case managers, secretaries, and other administrative staff.  He possesses the tools to handle and resolve auto bodily injury cases from start to finish.  From the beginning of his career, he became very comfortable at calling insurance companies to facilitate settlements.  He had to determine if insurance adjusters were ready to discuss compensation with the attorney or the case negotiator.  While performing that function, he needed to review medical records to diagnose clients' injuries to present a proper case to the insurance company.

 

He has successfully handled well over 25,000 cases with the majority ending in favorable outcomes, which included cases in District of Columbia, Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. 

 

Mr. McKinley received his Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from the University of DeVry in Crystal City, Virginia, and his Master's degree in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
